The Summer Course on the Security of Cultural Heritage is a three week course to be offered from July 1, 2008 – July 19, 2008 and will take place near Florence in the hill town of San Casciano, Val di Pesa.

Lessons will be held Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. for a total of 14 lessons (56 lesson hours) in the Conference room of the Banca del Chianti Fiorentino.

The official language of the course and the course material will be in English. The maxim um number of people admitted to the course will be 30.

The course is open to participants aged eighteen and older.

The material for the course will be available during the first day of the course as part of the welcome packet.

Included in the course fee are three afternoon activities a week. These activities are designed to integrate the morning lessons into the programmed cultural visits, while leaving two free afternoons a week to the participants of the course.

An all inclusive excursion has been planned for the last day of the course, lunch and dinner included.
The total cost of the course is € 2,000.
